Nutshell
Care Foundation (NCF) is a Non- Governmental Organization
that seeks to promote the general wellbeing and the
development of the human being, using appropriate structures
and means. Located in Ghana, we seek to practically
and effectively initiate, implement and enhance programmes
and activities that would in the long run go to benefit
the communities that we choose to work with and in.
Our activities are governed
by the following principles:
Individual participation, practical involvement and
sustainability of programmes.
Nutshell Care Foundation was born out of a strong passion
and a desire to see change in the lives of Ghanaians
and the needy as a whole. We seek to implement and make
relevant difference in the lives of people in the communities
we work in especially the youth, marginalized women
and the needy in society.
Our main focus would
be in aiding and working together to promote Good education,
training, discovery and development of resources. Our
philosophy is that
• We are not giving a voice to the poor; because
we believe they have voices, but we make sure their
voices are heard.
• We are not giving resources to communities to
develop, because we believe each community has its unique
resources to develop. All we are doing is create the
enabling environment for these resources to be appreciated,
and utilized.
Incorporated in 2007
under and in accordance with the law, we seek to be
the most life impacting and practical NGO in Ghana within
the next 10 years. This has necessitated the development
of a 10 year strategic plan.

target key , yet pressing challenges facing various
communities in Ghana and develop practical, efficient
and relevant solutions to these challenges”.
This would be tackled
through the development of appropriate sustainable projects,
advocacy, education, trainings, and infrastructural
facilities. This in the long term, will protect, restore
the quality of human life and development in communities.
